Men’s Prayer Meeting
The men of the church are invited to gather the second Saturday of each month at 8:00 a.m. for a time of Bible study, prayer and fellowship.
Re:Center Homeless Shelter Ministry
Several times each month, we bring the word of God and a meal to the men served by Re:Center Ministries in downtown Louisville (formerly Louisville Rescue Mission).
Every Other Month
Women’s Titus 2 Breakfast
The women of the church (older and young) gather approximately six times a year for a time of fellowship over breakfast and a time of study and prayer over biblical issues specific to women.
We regularly minister to the inmates, both men and women, of the Bullitt County Detention Center in Shepherdsville, KY. We have also started a library for the inmates consisting mainly of books that will help them know and love God.
2nd Sunday Of Every MOnth
We believe that God saves souls through the simple, faithful presentation of the gospel, especially in the preaching of His word (Romans 10:14, 17). Therefore, men and women of the church seek to share the gospel in various public spaces (usually around the abortion clinic and the Big Four Bridge). These evangelistic efforts include amplified preaching, impromptu conversations, and gospel resource distribution (tracts, books, and Bibles). The aim is not to judge, condemn, or promote ourselves, but to glorify God and invite all people to come to Christ and be saved.
Our church members serve with a variety of other ministries and organizations, including Bridge Aftercare Ministries, Covenant Baptist Theological Seminary, Practical Shepherding, Kentucky Wounded Heroes, and crisis pregnancy centers in Louisville (BsideU For Life), Shelbyville (A Loving Choice), and Elizabethtown (Clarity Solutions). Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in learning more about any of these ministries.
