COVID-19 Policies3400 Wilderness Trail | Sundays @ 10:30am and 6pm | Wednesdays @ 7pm
Thank you for your patience and support as we seek to lead the church during these strange and trying times.
We have taken an overall cautious and conservative approach in these matters. We believe that the law of God requires us to do all things lawful to preserve our lives and the lives of others. There is, however, no way that we can gather that will be free of risk. We are seeking to minimize and mitigate risk. We cannot eliminate risk.
We realize that this reality will require some to continue to worship at home utilizing the livestream. We will continue to livestream both services. We do not want anyone to be pressured into meeting. You have a responsibility before God to act as you deem best for your family.
We want to encourage the most vulnerable among us to utilize the ability to worship at home.
If you are not feeling well, please stay at home.
If any in your family have a fever or have had a fever in the days leading up to worship, please stay home. If you are in doubt, please take your temperature and the temperatures of family members on Sunday morning and act accordingly.
If you know that you have had contact with anyone who has tested positive for the corona virus, please stay home until given the all clear.
Many of you are aware the revised guidelines for churches now allow congregations to meet at 50% capacity. With this in view the deacons have added and arranged the seating which meets the standards with proper spacing. There are now approximately 180 chairs in the auditorium.
1 We will meet at 10:30 AM for morning worship and 6 PM for evening worship. We meet for prayer Wednesdays at 7 in person and through zoom
2 We will have ushers to guide you to seating in the sanctuary
3 If you are able and willing, we want to have as many as possible up front towards the pulpit and allow visitors, those arriving late and those training children to have easier access to the back of the room
4 We are going to ask for some members to volunteer to be ready to use the fellowship hall as an overflow room. If there is room in the sanctuary those in the overflow can move over to the main auditorium. If you are willing to volunteer please email Darrel at firstname.lastname@example.org
5 Please remember to utilize a mask, if able, during the singing at the end of the service. We are aware it is not pleasant, but we want to do our best to minimize risk of infection.
6 Please seek to exit the premises as quickly as possible following the end of service.
