Reformed Baptist Family Conference
Biannually our church hosts a family conference. Our 2017 conference was on the campus of Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY on July 4 – 7, 2017. We encourage you to consider the 2018 family conference being hosted by Grace Reformed Baptist Church, Mebane, NC. We are currently evaluating options and possible plans for a 2019 family conference.
Men’s Prayer Meeting
The men of the church are invited to gather the second Saturday of each month at 8:00 am for a time of prayer and book study.
Women’s Titus Two Breakfast and Study
The ladies of the church gather approximately six times a year for a time of fellowship over breakfast and a time of study and prayer over Biblical issues specific to women.
Youth Bible Studies
Bible studies focused for the youth and young adults are held at families’ homes throughout the year.
Louisville Rescue Mission preaching and feeding
On the third Saturday of each month, our church volunteers to preach at and feed the men of Louisville Rescue Mission located on Jefferson Street in downtown Louisville. This mission is a Bible based rehabilitation center and homeless shelter. Additional details can be found at the Louisville Rescue Mission website.
Open Door of Hope Bible Study
Each Thursday evening men from our church visit this Shelbyville, KY based homeless shelter and teach the Scriptures to the men of the home. Information about this organization is found at Open Door of Hope.
Kentucky State Reformatory Visitation and Preaching
Every Sunday afternoon men from our church preach and teach at the Kentucky State Reformatory in LaGrange, KY.
Signature Healthcare of East Louisville Visitation and Preaching
The second Sunday of every month members of our church visit this elderly care home. Preaching the gospel is the focus, but we also minister to these elderly men and women with the singing of hymns. Our December visit is particularly special to them as we have children and parents prepare cards and gifts and many from the church do a Christmas hymn sing throughout the facility.
